Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Systomex Mail platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy

Systomex operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding unsolicited commercial email (spam). You strictly warrant that all recipients on your distribution lists have explicitly opted in with affirmative consent to receive communications from your organization.

The use of third-party purchased lists, rented lists, co-registration lists, or web-scraped email databases is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate, non-refundable account termination.

3. Domain Authentication & DNS Requirements

To maintain the deliverability integrity of the Systomex network, all senders must authenticate custom sending domains with cryptographic SPF, DKIM (2048-bit), and DMARC alignment. You may not impersonate any brand or entity you do not own or represent.

4. Subscriptions & BDT Billing

Paid subscription plans are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) on a recurring monthly basis unless agreed otherwise. All fees are exclusive of applicable statutory VAT or taxes unless explicitly stated. Quota limits apply per monthly cycle and do not roll over.

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit excessive bounce rates (over 5%), high spam complaint ratios (over 0.1%), or that violate our Anti-Spam Policy.
